As we approach 2011, we begin the process of preparing for the 2010 tax season. As always we want to make this as easy a process for everyone concerned. We hope this letter will help simplify the process and answer any questions that have been on your mind. We have prepared a personalized tax organizer for you from the information on your 2009 tax return. It can assist you in gathering all the information you will need to prepare your 2010 tax return. Your personalized tax organizer can work like a set of instructions and expedite your tax preparation saving us time and possibly you money, as our fees are based on actual time spent preparing your return. For your convenience we will have your 2010 personalized tax organizer ready for you to pick up at our office anytime after December 13, 2010. If you would prefer to have your organizer mailed, please contact our office and we would be happy to do so and add the postage to your 2010 tax preparation fees.We also have an online tax organizer available. If you are interested in trying it, give us a call and we will forward you a user ID and password. Likewise, if you have questions about the online organizer, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Please remember that we prepare tax returns in the order we receive them. So, if you have most of your tax information and are waiting on just a few things to arrive you can bring us the information you have and we can get you in line, this will expedite the completion of your return.
