Ocimum kilimandscharicum
Tropical perennial, temperate annual, Native to East Africa.
This is the largest of the many species of Basil, climbing to four feet
in a single season. The leaves are highly camphoraceous, used to make a
tea for clearing the sinuses and settling the stomach. In Vedic cooking,
the fresh leaves are used to flavor delightful vegetarian dishes.
