Pulsatilla, Official (Wind Flower,
Pasque Flower)
Anemone pulsatilla
Family: Ranunculaceae

but brazen, sending up large, showy purple flowers that give way to upright

harvest. Sow in fall or spring. Germinates best in the shade.
Germ. in 30-40 days. Prefers to grow in the full sun among rocks
or in average garden soil. Keep weeded. Plant 1 foot apart.
Flowers from 6 inches to 18 inches tall.
