Annual. Native to Europe and the Mediterranean. Beautiful
pea blossom-like flower clusters. Nitrogen fixing fodder plant that
has been used as a balm for dressing cuts and bruises. Yellow dye
plant. Cultivation: Scarify and sow spring to summer. Good
to direct seed. Grows well on the coast or in any well-drained, sandy
soil. Prefers full sun. Flowers yellow to orange.
