 Please send us an E-mail at lcheely@cpros.com or call us at (541) 479-1971 with the stein(s)  information ( Item #, or Name of stein, or both ) of the stein(s) you are interested in purchasing. When we receive your purchase order we will E-Mail a itemized invoice  to you for your confirmation. All stein(s) will be held for 48 hours to allow you time to confirm  that you approve of the order and shipping charges. Upon confirmation we will hold the stein for you up to 10 working day's if payment is not received we will put the stein back into stock.

We accept Money Order, Certified Check, and Personal Checks, if paying buy a personal check please allow 10 days for check to be processed before the order will be shipped, all others will be shipped the next business day. All payments must be made in US dollars.

We also have a layaway plan for all our steins. There is no handling or interest charges applied to any layaway items. E-Mail or Call us and we will set up a payment schedule for you.

All down payments must be made with 10 days of the payment schedule, a five day grace period will be applied to all subsequent layaway payments. Failure to follow the payment schedule will result in the loss of prior payments and the return of stein(s) to stock. No layaway steins will be returned to stock without  proper E-Mail notification to the buyer.

We ship or steins by US priority mail and apply  $8.00 to every stein for shipping,  handling, and insurance, "insurance will vary with price of stein",  in the continental US, to assure that our stein arrive in the same condition that we ship them. Our international shipping is also buy US priority mail and will quote you the price in our invoice after receiving a address to ship to. Other arrangements may be made upon request. We take the greatest of care in packing our steins but if damage may occur in shipping we will refund your money or replace the stein(s). All steins are insured and we must require that you take the damaged stein(s) back to the post office with original shipping box and shipping material and fill out a insurance form before replacement or payment can be sent out to you.
