Those wishing to contribute to this cultural research project may submit their Letter to the Editor, originally sent for publication, providing adherence to the following:

Any original Letter to the Editor shall follow that editor's content policy.

In the case of the Daily Courier for instance, the letter shall not be longer than 250 words.

Additionally it shall be noted, regarding the purpose of this Project, the term 'uncensored' does not mean abusive.

The original Letter to the Editor shall be transmitted in its entirety with proof of its transmission to the editor of the particular publication.

The lawful good faith content of the original will be published in black, uncensored. This is a presumption against censorship by any Information Broker. Without proof of adulteration, Black print will initially represent the original. Pursuant to substantial Law, any letter deemed unfit the good faith standard, i.e., deemed an abuse of free expression, will NOT be printed or unless as backed by a published version.

It shall be the duty of the contributor to produce evidence of Publication Adulteration by a publication's editor.

Until other arrangements can be made, this most appropriately will be an electronic scanning of the published letter digitally transmitted to this Project which will be posted and linked to the original on this site.

The Research Project will do its best to post and appropriately highlight any discrepancies between the author's original expression and the publisher's subsequent adulteration.

Adulteration of an author's original expression by any Information Broker will have people seeing Red.
