A recent sculpture I did just for fun
"No Junk Mail" is the title
finished early March 2010

2010 Jan
Someone stole our mailbox so, I made this one to replace it and give a
landmark when giving directions to my house

the starfish and barnacles are made with an epoxy clay and the rivets
and nut and bolt bits are urethane castings

we also share our driveway with our neighbors and they like ordering pizza
and the driver always seems to come to our house first so,
I made this directional so they don't lose there way

Club Northwest has been one of my biggest clients of dimensional signage
this shishkabob was for their short lived restaurant appropiatley named
Shiska Bob's

The day that I was finishing up this sculpture all the kids in the
neighborhood happened to be in the backyard so I got them to take a bite

This was one of the first dimensional signs I had done
both as a signmaker and for Club Northwest.
This sign is built from foamular and acrylic and an acrylic
hemisphere from Gemini.

This is one of the latest signs for CNW. It is foamular and EL
lighting.

Heres a night shot showing the EL lighting and the duckbill thats in
the next picture. Always fun projects for CNW.

The duckbill was temporarilly mounted to the CNW logo man
which is built from stainless steel and stands over 24ft tall.

Here is yet another project for CNW, it is made of
heat formed PVC and vinyl lettering. The zebra panel is aluminum
with vinyl.

The banana is about 5ft and the strawberry is over 18in wide.
the leaves and stem on the strawberry are made of heat
formed PVC plastic.

This sign is at the YMCA location of Juice Creations, it is
foam fruits and letters mounted to acrylic.

The juice Creations job led to this oilcan
for the Auto Quencher located in the same
building. I'll post an updated picture when
done.

Heres the finished project next to the Juice Creations job
